Responsibilities

• Write concise product specs with unambiguous acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize roadmap items based on impact, complexity, and customer needs.
• Run regular discovery with customers and internal field teams.
• Work directly with Design and Engineering to scope buildable solutions.
• Track releases, document changes, and maintain internal product knowledge.
• Measure feature outcomes with simple metrics tied to usage or reliability.

Requirements

• 3–5 years as a product manager in SaaS or an adjacent technical domain.
  • Able to distill messy operational feedback into structured requirements.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and information architecture.
  • Not afraid of technical depth; can learn device behavior, APIs, alert logic, etc.
  • Excellent communication: short, direct, no ambiguity.
  • Bonus: experience with hardware + software products or industrial/safety domains.
