Global Resources Systems Specialist

In this role you will govern and continuously improve global ERP systems and asset data to support Claxton’s worldwide operations. You will act as the ERP focal point, ensuring data integrity, compliant processes, and effective user adoption across sites. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset lifecycle activities with ERP requirements and drive reporting and performance insights. This is an opportunity to shape global processes and enable smarter asset decisions within a growing energy services business.

• Support ERP-related projects including system implementation, upgrades and hypercare
• Ensure ERP configurations meet business needs and comply with policies
• Serve as the main contact for ERP queries and coordinate issue resolution
• Assist audits with routine ERP activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Manage asset lifecycle ERP processes (creation, modification, transfer, disposal) and maintain data quality
• Support intercompany asset transfers to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Contribute to ERP module optimisation (NAV / Armada) and operate as a superuser
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and provide data-driven insights to KPI owners
• Provide input to project planning, execution and close-out from an ERP/asset perspective
• Execute SIT/UAT testing, deliver user training and maintain system documentation
• Identify and implement improvements to system processes and usability
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support strategic asset management discussions
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and ERP governance
• Support new business start-ups and entity integrations for ERP readiness
• Provide regular risk and performance updates to leadership

• HNC / HND / Degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Experience with ERP systems in operational or data roles
• Experience in asset, inventory, maintenance or equipment management
• Proven track record implementing or improving new processes or systems
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in multi-site/global contexts
• Experience using Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel
