Global SaaS Training & Enablement Specialist

Jonas Software is seeking a Training Specialist for SpaSoft Canada to deliver live and on-site software training, lead configuration consults, and support go-live efforts across multiple time zones. The role involves creating enablement content and collaborating with Support, Product, and Professional Services to enhance the customer journey.

You will design and update training materials, stay current with product updates, and participate in internal training sessions to upskill teams.
