As Global Solution Designer at ADP, you act as the strategic authority for global HCM transformations, guiding end-to-end design across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time. You collaborate with clients, implementation teams, and domain experts to create scalable, standardized solutions that balance global consistency with local compliance. You drive design governance, decision frameworks, and cross-domain alignment to deliver future-ready HCM capabilities. This role offers exposure to multi-country deployments, an emphasis on 80/20 optimization, and the opportunity to influence enterprise transformation at scale.

- Lead the end-to-end Global Solution Design across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time
- Establish and enforce global design principles, standards, and decision frameworks
- Partner with clients and stakeholders through workshops and strategic conversations
- Drive cross-domain alignment across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and implementation teams
- Support Sales and Solutioning with complex global opportunities and RFI/RFP responses
- Govern design quality and compliance, reviewing exceptions and ensuring adherence to standards
- Translate design decisions into documentation, governance artifacts, and implementation guidance
- Communicate and influence through workshops and executive briefings to drive adoption
- Champion continuous improvement using feedback and staying current with product capabilities
- Focus on long-term value to enable sustainable operations beyond go-live
- Extensive experience in HR technology and transformation
- Deep HCM domain expertise across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and/or Time
- Enterprise solution design leadership with global architectures and integration strategies
- Executive stakeholder management across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops and decisions
- Global operating model experience in multi-country and regulated HR environments
- Data governance and analytics knowledge to support workforce insights
- Professional credentials such as PMI-PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or payroll certifications (preferred)
