In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of Self Care and IW processing technology for Reckitt’s liquids and creams manufacturing. You will standardise equipment and vendor pools to improve cost, lead time, and efficiency across geographies. You’ll ensure compliant, reliable operation of processing equipment in line with GMP, FDA, and MHRA requirements while collaborating with factories and cross-functional teams. This opportunity lets you shape global equipment standards and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Set common production equipment standards across categories and geographies
- Embed equipment standardisation in CAPEX decisions and vendor selection
- Collaborate with procurement to develop a vendor pool for Self Care and IW equipment; assist in tenders
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and IT/OT teams for new installations and upgrades
- Develop URSs and equipment standards aligned with regulatory requirements and Reckitt standards
- Provide SME guidance on projects, URS writing, vendor selection, and FAT/SAT support
- Monitor OEM performance, ensure hygienic design and regulatory compliance for installations
- Track equipment performance with RPS and Reliability Engineering; drive continuous improvement
- Capture inputs from Reckitt production system and operations teams to align with latest technology trends
- Support site Capital Engineering teams across multiple sites
- Minimum 7 years in engineering with at least 2 years in a senior project or engineering leadership role
- Experience driving equipment standardisation at single or multi-site scale
- Capex management experience including prioritisation, budgeting, and performance monitoring
- Strong background in processing technologies for hygienic pharmaceutical or personal care industries
- Knowledge of mixers for varying viscosities, storage, CIP/SIP, batching, valves, pumps, and ATEX standards
- Understanding of process utilities (water, HVAC, steam/hot water, drainage, air, power, data)
