Global Technology Strategy Manager

Lead strategy, transformation, and AI enablement for Global Technology & Operations through analytical workstreams and executive decision support.

This manager develops business cases, value realization plans, and operational insights across Technology and Operations. The work spans portfolio coordination, workforce modernization, and governance execution. AI tools, agentic workflows, and LLM-connected enterprise platforms are primary ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and transformation workstreams supporting GTO priorities
• Develop business cases, investment analyses, and value realization plans
• Analyze trends, root causes, risks, and operational opportunities
• Coordinate portfolio dependencies, milestones, issues, and progress reporting
• Create executive presentations, briefings, and actionable recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Seven-plus years in strategy, transformation, analytics, governance, or related fields
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong enterprise-data analysis and business insight capabilities
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
