zendbox is seeking an Implementation & QA Specialist to bridge our development team and customers. You will ensure every release is thoroughly tested and lead the technical onboarding for new clients, integrating with major e-commerce platforms and mapping data to our internal WMS.

You will own the Go-Live process, configure APIs, test end-to-end data flows, and administer core platforms like HubSpot and Zendesk. A data-driven mindset and strong communication will be essential.
