Responsibilities
  • Improve platforms for smoother interaction and use of infrastructure across teams through design and development
  • Establish guidelines to reduce redundancy and promote reuse across the company
  • Automate intricate manual tasks across multiple systems
  • Provide guidance and support to fellow engineers in maintaining systems
  • Evaluate modern technologies and development methodologies for integration
  • Maintain and update existing infrastructure and tools as needed
  • Participate in discussions about third-party systems from a commercial perspective
Key requirements
  • Proficiency in Go (also Python or C)
  • Strong automation experience
  • Solid Linux experience (RedHat/Debian), TCP/IP networking, and storage technologies
  • Excellent experience with Git, IDEs, CI/CD, and test-driven development
  • Collaborative mindset
