Build scalable Google Cloud data platforms in Toronto using Python, Java, SQL, and distributed data processing expertise. Travel may reach 30%.

As an AI Data Developer II, you will guide customers through data ingestion, storage, processing, analysis, exploration, and visualization on Google Cloud Platform. You will lead migrations, transformations, pipelines, and platform troubleshooting while partnering with strategic cloud customers, Developers, and Sales Services teams. The work supports AI, machine learning, and Agentic use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on complex Big Data and AI challenges
  • Lead enterprise-scale data platform delivery from end to end
  • Manage governance, security, costs, and service-level agreements
  • Recommend best practices through tutorials, code, blogs, and presentations
  • Assess platforms and advise on Google Cloud designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Five years using data processing software and algorithms
  • Experience managing client-facing projects and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Database administration or distributed processing experience
  • Software development experience with Java, Python, or SQL
