Google Cloud Data & Software Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Google Cloud technology practice focused on enterprise and mid-market digital transformation initiatives
• Provide deep technical leadership across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions, architecture, and delivery engagements
• Drive end-to-end cloud solution delivery ensuring alignment to business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives, client pursuits, proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Build trusted client relationships by providing strategic technical guidance and executive-level consultation on cloud transformation initiatives
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams of Google Cloud engineers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
• Support complex cloud engagements with hands-on troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and technical escalation management
• Drive project estimation, planning, resource coordination, and delivery timelines to ensure successful project execution within budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and business leaders to design scalable, secure, and architecturally sound cloud solutions
• Maintain strong expertise across the Google Cloud ecosystem including cloud-native technologies, modernization strategies, and partner programs
• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships within the Google ecosystem to drive innovation, growth, and business opportunities
• Represent technical cloud capabilities during client meetings, industry conferences, and partner events as a senior technical ambassador
• Demonstrate proven success selling professional services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services within enterprise environments
• Drive business development activities including new client acquisition, pursuit leadership, pipeline growth, and strategic account expansion
• Stay current on emerging Google technologies, cloud trends, and industry best practices while continuously enhancing technical and leadership capabilities
