Lead Google Workspace architecture and Gemini AI enablement in a hybrid Toronto role, using security expertise across a global FinTech environment.

As Google Workspace Architect, you will own architecture, security, and operational enablement for a large-scale Google ecosystem. You will serve as the definitive subject matter expert for Google Workspace and Gemini. The work combines strategic architecture, hands-on delivery, and enablement for IT Operations and L2/L3 administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Google Workspace architecture, security, and operational enablement
• Design organizational units, groups, access controls, and workflows
• Translate Google and Gemini roadmaps into adoption strategies
• Design integrations across Okta, ServiceNow, identity, and enterprise platforms
• Define Gemini governance, data protection, use cases, and guidance

Requirements:

• Enterprise Google Workspace engineering and architectural experience
• Hands-on Google Workspace Admin Console, Cloud Identity, and Vault expertise
• Experience configuring and deploying Gemini or equivalent enterprise assistants
• Google Workspace security, automation, and scripting experience
• Documentation, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills
