Google Workspace Migration Support Pro

SRA Group is seeking a proactive Google Workspace Technical Support Engineer to join our Toronto, Canada team. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for users migrating to Google Workspace, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through new workflows.

The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, assisting with mobile and workstation configurations, and creating knowledge base content to drive self-service adoption and reduce incident volumes.
