Government Technology Solutions Advisor

In this executive-level Solutions Engineer role, you will act as the strategic advisor to critical Central Government and Defence accounts, guiding digital transformation initiatives. You’ll bridge policy objectives with complex, multi-domain technology execution, influencing long-term technology roadmaps. You will lead architectural design, security, and reliability across large-scale programs, moving beyond product sales to deliver high-value, holistic solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape outcomes that align with national priorities, delivering impact at scale.

• Strategic bid consulting for multi-million-pound bids, ensuring solutions tie to customer success
• Provide authoritative thought leadership on emerging tech trends, influencing customer strategy and internal roadmaps
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and services to deliver unified, high-impact solutions
• Engage diverse stakeholders, translating high-level objectives into actionable, secure requirements

• 15+ years of senior/executive technical leadership or CTO/CIO advisory experience
• Deep knowledge of multi-domain architectures (Networking, Security, Cloud, Collaboration) in regulated environments
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
• Experience navigating UK Public Sector and Defence sectors' requirements and compliance
• Cross-functional collaboration experience through large-scale digital transformations
