Group Finance Director Manufacturing

Lead Finance strategy onsite in Windsor, Ontario, using technical expertise and business partnership to guide Canadian and U.S. manufacturing operations.

This full-time, permanent Group Finance Director position oversees the Finance function and partners with senior leadership and operations. The successful candidate leads people, builds relationships, listens effectively, and translates financial information into practical recommendations. Responsibilities span reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, controls, and operational insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction across the Finance function
• Coach, develop, and motivate the Finance team
• Partner with plant operations and supply chain leaders
• Lead financial close and reporting for Canadian and U.S. entities
• Oversee audits, tax, treasury, banking, and controls

Requirements:

• CPA designation and progressive Finance leadership experience
• Canadian and U.S. finance experience
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and strong ERP systems experience
• Excellent communication, listening, judgment, and interpersonal skills
