Group Project Finance Manager

In this role you will drive finance operations across a multi-entity, multi-currency group, partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial processes. You will support acquisitions through due diligence and post-deal system integration, while developing clear finance policies. Working in a fast-paced, international business, you will shape cross-functional projects and improvements that support growth. • Project management of financial operations integration
• Business partnering with stakeholders across functions
• Developing clear policies and documentation for key finance functions
• Manage subsidiaries and group tax filings UK & US
• Support acquisitions including due diligence and post-deal system integration
• Drive ad hoc strategic and operational projects

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Proven track record in an acquisitive business (ideally SaaS or professional services)
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems; Xero exposure advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, international setting
• Analytical, commercially minded and able to drive process improvements
