Group Senior Risk Manager

In this role you drive the development of an enterprise-wide risk framework, partnering with senior leadership to embed risk management, governance, and assurance across the Group. You’ll lead risk assessments, reporting, and digital-enabled enhancements to risk processes, shaping culture and capabilities for strategic risk oversight. You’ll work across divisions and with the Risk Committee to deliver insightful risk analysis and robust governance. This is a high-impact position for someone who wants to influence risk strategy and transformation at scale.

• Develop and implement the enterprise risk framework, including risk assessment methodologies and risk appetite.
• Coordinate Group-wide risk reporting across divisions, functions, and projects with dashboards and analytics.
• Lead risk assessments with risk owners, ensuring proper scoring, treatment, and mitigation.
• Support the Risk Committee through high-quality reporting and analytical papers (and contribute to Audit Committee materials).
• Identify opportunities to enhance risk and assurance processes through digitalisation and software solutions.
• Engage with Group and Divisional stakeholders to embed risk culture and assurance practices.

• Significant enterprise risk management experience in a complex organisation, ideally construction/infrastructure or major projects.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a relevant discipline; professional risk certification (e.g., IRM) desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical mindset, detail-oriented, able to simplify complex risk concepts for broad audiences.
• Experience presenting risk insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
