Growth Architect: Data-Driven Activation & Engagement

Allica Bank is seeking a Growth Manager to drive activation, engagement and long-term value across the BRA customer journey. You will lead data-driven initiatives and work with marketing, product, sales, RM and data teams to identify where customers stall and translate insights into scalable actions.

This role requires strong analytics, SQL, and stakeholder management, with a bias for ownership and execution in a fast-growing fintech environment.
