Growth Architect - Full-Stack, Data-Driven, Equity

Roam seeks a highly driven Head of Growth to own growth across subscriptions, leasing, sales, and fleet management. This hands‑on role requires top‑tier analytics, strategic thinking, and a bias toward action to unlock fast expansion.

You will partner with product, sales, operations, and engineering to identify high‑leverage opportunities, launch campaigns, optimize funnels, and iteratively improve results. This is a hybrid, leadership‑plus individual contributor role.
