Directorbank is seeking a CEO for a Midlands-based, PE-backed SaaS business with ~£8m ARR, currently growing and planning acquisitions. The successful candidate will lead the business to over £15m ARR, drive organic growth, manage strategic deals and prepare for a potential secondary buyout, in a regulated vertical (not FinTech).
