Growth Chief of Staff | Deal Modeling & Integration Lead

SoFlow Service Partners is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co-Founders and help build the operating engine behind rapid growth. The role blends financial modelling, deal execution, and hands-on integration across recently acquired businesses.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical rigor with operational leadership experience, including experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields, and will travel to sites across the UK as needed.
