This Data Scientist, Growth role leads the full analytical lifecycle, from ambiguous problem framing through production implementation. You will develop solutions for pricing, customer engagement, recommendation systems, experimentation, and model-driven decision support. The work spans scalable data workflows and cloud analytical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead machine learning development for growth and decisioning initiatives
• Design scalable pipelines and feature engineering frameworks
• Develop experimentation, uplift, and causal measurement frameworks
• Deploy, monitor, and retrain production machine learning solutions
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
• Six or more years of data science experience
• Strong Python, Structured Query Language, and statistical analysis proficiency
• Experience deploying and monitoring production machine learning models
• Experience with cloud analytical environments and Git-based development
