Growth IT Support Analyst — Microsoft 365 & Windows

Science Group in Cambridge is seeking a customer-focused Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. This first-line role supports users across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and basic connectivity, delivering responsive help in a modern environment.

You will handle incidents, manage tickets, assist with onboarding, asset records and documentation, and work with colleagues and suppliers to restore service while following security practices.
