Growth Operator: Consumer Fintech & Activation

Snaplii in Toronto is seeking a Growth role focused on Lifecycle and Growth Operations. You will build and operate scalable growth systems across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance.

You will own end-to-end experiments, analyze funnels, and use SQL with Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA4 to drive measurable impact. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven opportunity in a fast-growing fintech platform.
