Gorgias seeks a GTM Engineer to own the AI agents that run GTM workflows, moving them from manual processes to reviewed agents. The goal is to optimize GTM work without losing quality, shipping working agents quickly and debugging broken workflows in Cargo, HubSpot, or other GTM tools.

You’ll build agents on Cortex, design reusable skills, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure data cleanliness and actionable outputs across CRM platforms.
