As a GTM Engineer, you will build systems that help sales teams know which calls matter. You will automate lead qualification, outreach, routing, and measurement. Your work connects Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment, and sequencing tools while translating fragmented signals into action. This builder role suits candidates with technical, data, or quantitative foundations and one to five years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate qualification and first response for inbound leads
• Run signal-based campaigns through list building and sequencing
• Maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment, and sequencing integrations
• Deliver prioritized call lists for sales representatives
• Measure attribution, response times, and phone performance

Requirements:

• Technical foundation in computer science, engineering, data, or quantitative work
• One to five years of experience
• One plus year writing product code
• Ability to build third-party API integrations independently
• Fluency with Claude Code, Antigravity, or Codex
