GTM Engineer: AI-Driven Growth Systems

Jack & Jill is hiring a GTM Engineer to scale our GTM and customer base management. You will own and ship scalable agents, build robust integrations, and convert signals into timely interventions. You’ll work closely with customers to prioritize problems worth solving and help drive retention and expansion.

This is a 0→1 role focused on delivering practical systems, not just theory. You’ll be near customers, shipping features end-to-end and iterating quickly to maximize business impact.
