GTM Engineer AI Outbound Systems

Build AI-powered outbound systems at Didero, combining automation and data to identify and engage high-potential supply chain customers.

As a GTM Engineer, you will connect sales, growth, and technology through technical problem-solving and creative outbound strategies. You will build repeatable systems, support pipeline generation, and collaborate with sales and leadership. Your work will span manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain markets while improving how Didero identifies, engages, and converts prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build outbound systems for high-potential customer identification
• Own pipeline generation through prospecting and personalized outreach
• Use AI and automation to enrich prospect data
• Run experiments across segments, messaging, and channels
• Analyze conversion data and improve pipeline quality

Requirements:

• One to three-plus years in growth, GTM engineering, or related work
• Experience building outbound or lead generation workflows
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience using AI tools or automation
