GTM Strategic Finance Manager

Owning the financial engine behind the go-to-market organization, the full-time GTM Strategic Finance Manager will manage consumption revenue forecasting, deal desk operations, pricing and margin governance, and sales compensation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the dedicated finance partner to GTM leadership and the VP of Finance, providing guidance on investment decisions and GTM strategy Own deal review and advisory processes, including approval thresholds and discounting strategy Translate pipeline to bookings and recognized consumption revenue, running forecasting and annual planning Required qualifications 6 to 10 years of experience in GTM strategic finance, FP&A, RevOps, or deal desk at high-growth B2B technology companies 2+ years of investment banking and/or consulting experience at a top-tier firm Expert financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets Deep familiarity with GTM metrics and economics Hands-on experience with quota design and sales capacity modeling
