Overview

In this role you will help rebuild Nivoda's GTM infrastructure by replacing manual steps with reliable, automated systems. You will work across the GTM Engine, Salesforce, Customer.io, enrichment services and data platforms to create scalable flows. You will translate vague requests into implementable technical solutions, ship production-ready integrations, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Data teams. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering measurable improvements to GTM processes and data quality, at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Translate unclear process requests into concrete technical requirements and implementation plans
  • Build integrations, event flows and automations for the GTM Engine using APIs, webhooks, queues and workflows
  • Choose build, buy or configure approaches, prioritizing native platform capabilities before middleware or custom code
  • Ensure production readiness with testing for failures, deduplication, retries and appropriate monitoring
  • Ship and support code with version control, code review and safe deployment; troubleshoot post-launch issues
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and other platform owners to ensure clean data emission and measurable performance
  • Document flows, decisions and recovery steps to avoid single-person dependency
Key requirements
  • 2+ years in software, systems or integration engineering
  • Experience shipping integrations using APIs, webhooks or event-driven systems
  • Strong programming in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Working SQL and experience with Git/code review
  • Experience integrating with business systems (CRM, payments, finance, marketing, operations)
  • Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into buildable solutions
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and prioritize simple, production-suitable solutions
  • Consideration of failure scenarios (unavailable APIs, duplicates, conflicting updates)
