Monta is seeking a GTM / Sales Operations Engineer in the UK to design and own the machine powering our go-to-market. You’ll orchestrate from the first signal to quote-to-cash, building pipelines, enrichment, routing, and sales handoffs while partnering with Marketing Ops to keep demand flowing.

You’ll stitch HubSpot, DealHub, Gong and data tools, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and ship scalable solutions that improve pipeline velocity and revenue certainty.
