PavCo is seeking a Guest Experience & Accessibility Coordinator for BC Place to drive accessibility implementations and premium services. You will work with the Senior Accessibility Manager on broader company initiatives and ensure all guests have an exceptional, inclusive experience.

You will train staff on accessibility, monitor compliance with accessibility standards, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver a seamless guest journey during events and daily operations.
