Guidewire Insurance Software Engineer

Build insurance software with Java and Gosu as a Senior Developer at CAA Club Group, working full-time in MARKHAM2. Guidewire expertise is central.

The position focuses on Guidewire development across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. You will balance core configuration with external integration architecture, supporting secure cloud upgrade paths. Responsibilities also include automated testing, observability, messaging pipelines, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare solution designs, impact analyses, and estimates
• Customize Data Models, typelists, workflows, and PCF
• Develop REST and OpenAPI cloud integrations
• Optimize asynchronous messaging and batch processes
• Champion reviews, unit testing, and static analysis

Requirements:

• Six-plus years of professional software engineering experience
• Three-plus years developing Guidewire applications hands-on
• Expertise in configuration and integration architecture
• Current certification in Guidewire products or Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with Datadog, Dynatrace, and cloud security governance
