Guidewire Software Engineer Toronto

Build Guidewire solutions onsite in Toronto with TD, applying software development, testing, debugging, and application support skills. This full-time position works 37.5 hours weekly.

As a Guidewire Software Engineer I, you will develop features, enhancements, and fixes within Technology Solutions. The work includes coding, unit and component testing, technical analysis, documentation, and quality reviews. You will collaborate with technology partners and stakeholders to meet application requirements, performance goals, and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Guidewire solutions, features, enhancements, and fixes
• Code, test, debug, maintain, and support applications
• Review designs, prototypes, requirements, and peer coding
• Document system components, infrastructure, security, and integrations
• Analyze incidents and support timely resolution and communication

Requirements:

• Undergraduate, postgraduate, or technical certificate
• Strong academic background in computer science or engineering
• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Foundational knowledge of engineering frameworks, tools, and procedures
• Knowledge of technology delivery and security coding practices
