Build Guidewire system solutions as a Systems Developer with CGL’s IT Solution Delivery team in a hybrid, two-days-in-office model. Apply Gosu and Java expertise.

This regular full-time Systems Developer role develops and maintains code, documents processes, and supports complex team initiatives. You will work with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter, including configuration, UI workflows, and integrations. The position also includes team training and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop programs and maintain system-based solution code
  • Design and execute coding for small-to-medium features
  • Support Guidewire integrations and system implementations
  • Assist unit, system, and user acceptance testing
  • Create documentation, estimates, reports, and back-out plans

Requirements:

  • Three years of Information Technology or related experience
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least one year using Java object-oriented programming
  • Guidewire product configuration and development experience
  • English proficiency and occasional travel availability
