  • High Risk Pregnancy ( i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung problems, Chronic Renal Disease etc.) NO
  • FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE NST & FSE
  • OB Ultrasound - Performance of Interpretation
  • OB Ultrasound - Performance of Level l/Screening (Viability)
  • OB Ultrasound -Performance of Level ll/ Targeted (Anatomic)
  • Amniocentesis - No
  • Routine Delivery - Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section - YES
  • Complicated Delivery -C Section, Breech Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc. - YES
  • VBAC'S - NO
  • Repair of 3rd and 4th Degree Lacerations as required
  • BC or BE
  • OH License required
  • Travel Expenses Reimbursed
