  • Practice Setting Office and Hospital /call for OB-GYN
  • Schedule: Office hours 8a-4p for patient schedule/ call hours 24 each day

  • Average number of scheduled patients per day: 25-30
  • Number of Physicians in Practice: 4 Physicians (1 will be on leave) 5 midwives
  • How many APP's provided coverage: 5
  • Onsite Lab: Yes
  • Describe Office Equipment usual OB GYN equipment, fetal dopplers, colpo, plastic and metal specs, manual BP cuffs
  • Describe support staff: we have one on one clinical staff support per provider (CMA, LPN, and RN)
  • What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk pregnancy: 90%
  • What Percentage of Practice is High Risk pregnancy: 10%
  • What Percentage of Practice is GYN: 20%
  • Average number of GYN Surgeries per day (if applicable): provider preference - 1-4 depending on case time required
  • hat percentage of patients are C-Section: 10%
  • Average number of Nursery admissions per day: n/a
  • Nursery Level ( I,II,lll) NICU level lll
  • Documentation System/EMR: EPC
  • Trauma Level/Designation: level 2
  • PAY: $4,200 - 4,500 /Day
  • VA License or willing to obtain
  • BC or BE accepted
