Gynecology Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-EligibleGynecologic Oncology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Lansing,Michigan. The physician will provide outpatient and inpatient gynecologiconcology care, perform surgical procedures, and collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to adult patients.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient clinic care and inpatientconsultations for gynecologic oncology patients.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage gynecologiccancers and related conditions.
Perform gynecologic oncology surgicalprocedures.
Manage an average of 20 clinic patients perday.
Perform approximately 3-4 operating roomcases per day when scheduled in the OR.
Collaborate with medical oncology regardingchemotherapy oversight and treatment planning.
Participate in rotating weekend coverage anda 1:4 call schedule.
Maintain accurate patient documentation usingEpic EMR.

ClinicVolume: Approximately 20 patients per day
OR Volume: Approximately 3-4 cases per day when assigned to the OR
Call Ratio: 1:4
WeekendRequirements: Rotating weekends
EMR: Epic
TraumaDesignation: Level I
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible inGynecologic Oncology.
Active Michigan medical license.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Current DEA registration.
