Are you an experienced HaloITSM professional looking for the opportunity to lead client implementations, shape service management solutions and join a globally recognised ITSM specialist where you can play a key role in delivering transformational outcomes for enterprise customers?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading service management organisation, working on the full lifecycle of HaloITSM projects from discovery and solution design through to configuration, deployment and continual improvement.

In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with clients to understand their service management requirements, configure tailored HaloITSM solutions and provide expert guidance on ITSM best practices. You will collaborate with project teams, technical specialists and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term adoption.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HaloITSM experience, a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management principles and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. The Role:

• Lead client discovery workshops and requirements gathering
• Configure and implement HaloITSM solutions
• Deliver testing, deployment, training and knowledge transfer
• Support integrations, data migration and reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and platform optimisation

The Person:

• Proven HaloITSM implementation, configuration or consultancy experience
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
• Experience with workflows, SLAs, service catalogues and automation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
