Hands-On IT Support Engineer: Windows, AD & Networking

Burns Sheehan is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the internal IT team in Central London. The role covers day-to-day user support through to systems, infrastructure and networking, with close collaboration to the Head of IT.

You will work hands-on across a varied technical environment and help improve processes and the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, experience with Active Directory and user administration, and a pragmatic,
