This is a senior leadership role with hands-on engineering about 70% time and leadership 30%, shaping architecture, code reviews, and collaboration with clients. You’ll lead architecture for major client engagements, mentor engineers, run technical interviews, and represent the team in design reviews and external talks. On-site in Toronto with equity and a competitive CAD salary.
