Hardware Engineer

In this role you will design and implement Substation Control Systems for an Industry 4.0 organization. You will work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust control solutions from schematic design to commissioning onsite. The position offers hands‑on project involvement across all stages, enabling you to shape substation automation and practical system integration. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team focused on reliable and scalable control technology.

• Produce system designs and schematics from customer data
• Interpret and fulfil customer requests through specifications
• Create and modify system drawings and schematics
• Assist in site acceptance testing and surveys for installation and surveying

• Experience with Substation Secondary Systems (Protection and Control or Control only)
• Experience designing and testing system schematics
• Experience commissioning Control Systems
• Strong customer communication skills
• HND in Electrical Engineering or demonstrable related experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
