Hardware Engineer

I’m working with an exciting technology company developing cutting-edge avionic systems for a rapidly growing sector.

They’re looking for a Hardware Engineer to join a small, highly technical engineering team. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of ownership across the hardware development lifecycle.

The role:

• Design and develop complex electronic hardware
• Work across PCB design, bring‑up and testing
• Contribute to hardware architecture and technical decisions
• Debug and troubleshoot hardware in the lab
• Work closely with software, mechanical and systems engineers
• Support testing, validation and qualification
• Take ownership of projects from early design through to final product

Looking for:

• Electronics/hardware experience
• Strong PCB design and hardware bring‑up experience
• Good understanding of digital electronics
• Comfortable working hands‑on with electronic assemblies
• Experience taking hardware through development and testing
• FPGA, embedded systems, or SoC experience highly desirable
