What You'll Do

  • Install and configure POS terminals, printers, and kitchen displays.
  • Diagnose network and device issues at customer locations.
  • Coordinate with software teams for cross-layer issue resolution.
  • Maintain service quality documentation and incident reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with POS, network, and peripheral hardware.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced on-site support environments.
  • Strong communication with customer and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned support zones.
