Hardware Team Lead: PCB/EMC & Engineering Mentoring

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a Team Manager (Hardware) to lead a segment of the engineering team across North Yorkshire and Sutton in Ashfield sites with remote and hybrid working options. You will line manage day-to-day tasks, appraisals, and personal development plans while collaborating on project content, estimates, and schedules.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge, PCB design, EMC and safety compliance, and experience with Jira/Redmine.
