As Hardware Team Leader, you guide a skilled electronics hardware team to deliver production-support hardware across safety-critical platforms. You’ll manage work packages, cost, schedule, risk and opportunities, ensuring alignment with production demand. You’ll provide technical governance and drive cost-performance trade-offs within a structured process. You’ll lead improvements in working practices and team capabilities, aiming for reduced failures and MDBF. Join a diverse, experienced hardware group contributing to mission-critical systems.

- Lead the electronics hardware design team across the full product lifecycle
- Manage work packages including cost, schedule, risk and opportunities
- Ensure the engineering team supports production program demand
- Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to company processes
- Lead cost and performance trade-offs
- Control Account Management (CAM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hardware for helmet displays, mission computers, flight controls and related safety-critical systems
- Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams through full product development lifecycle
- Experience with cost and planning management tools and optimizing solutions to minimise dependencies
- Experience identifying improvements to work practices and developing team skills (root cause analysis and improvement focus)
