Graphcore is seeking a Validation and Debug Engineer to harden the performance of high-speed interfaces across real product conditions. You will own hands-on validation in the lab, focusing on SerDes, PCIe Root Complex and Ethernet while gaining deep knowledge of Graphcore silicon, boards and system behavior.

You’ll tune links, investigate failures and translate lab findings into clear engineering decisions.
