Harmony Software Support Associate

Support Harmony portfolio management software for clients while applying troubleshooting and analytical skills in an agile office environment. Serve as their primary support contact.

Infinite Investment Systems Ltd is hiring a System Support Associate for its System Support team. You will answer inquiries, investigate reported issues, document interactions, and recommend solutions. The position also supports training, client communications, implementations, reports, feature launches, and system development. Exposure to investment management or financial operations is an asset, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily Harmony support to customers
• Answer phone calls and email system inquiries
• Document client interactions in the Client Management System
• Investigate data, configuration, workflow, and reporting issues
• Train users and assist with implementations and reports

Requirements:

• Strong client communication and engagement skills
• Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong Microsoft Excel working knowledge considered an asset
• Time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
