Configure HCM and payroll systems while guiding clients through implementations in a three-day-per-week hybrid contract. Manage technical delivery across multiple projects simultaneously.

This Implementation and Configuration Specialist supports increased implementation volume during a busy sales period. The highly client-facing role manages multiple implementations, configures existing solutions, and guides clients through a structured end-to-end process. Success requires exceptional communication, organization, and confidence working within HCM and payroll systems.
