Head of Analytics & Live Ops for AAA Title

Lighthouse Games in Leamington Spa is seeking a senior analytics lead to build and run analytics for a new AAA IP from development through launch and live operations. You will own the analytics strategy, build and lead the data engineering team, define telemetry and KPI frameworks, and partner with design, production and publishers to inform decisions.

You will collaborate with Design, Production and UXR to set hypotheses, evaluate them with telemetry and experiments, and drive economy health
