Head of Data

Head of Data | Hybrid/London | Up to £115,000 + Stock

You’ll take ownership of the Data function, leading a small, high-performing team and helping shape how data and AI are used across the business as it continues to scale.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands‑on Data leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical understanding. You’ll own the Data roadmap, strengthen the organisation’s data foundations and help embed better data‑driven decision making across the business.

This isn’t just a leadership role behind the scenes; you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Commercial and Operations, using data and AI to improve processes, uncover insight and support the company’s growth.

What do you need?

• Strong experience across data modelling and analytics engineering
• Proven experience owning a Data function or roadmap within a scaling business
• Strong understanding of modern data practices and analytics
• Experience operating strategically while remaining hands‑on technically
• Experience leading and developing high-performing Data teams
• Genuine interest in using AI to automate and improve how Data teams operate
